Champions Albany Empire Holding Open Tryouts

Time to start training, because open tryouts were just announced for the Arena Football Championship winning Albany Empire.

Initially I saw the announcement on their Instagram page [ @albany_empire ] and then got all the info at the team’s official site.  So- here’s the scoop. If you want to play for the Albany Empire arena football team, it’s time to start practicing.  Open tryouts are being held Saturday, November 2nd.

That gives you a little over a month to train for your chance to be part of a championship team.  The tryouts are being held at the Sportsplex of Halfmoon, at 6 Corporate Drive in Clifton Park.  Tryouts start at 9 A.M. according to the Albany Empire website and you can register online or day of. After just their debut year, the Albany Empire led this past season to take home the arena football championship title.  The team is strong, the games exciting, and the crowds energetic.  Good luck to everyone trying out!
