On Sunday March 17, 2024, according to a New York State Police social media post, 3 female suspects are accused of larceny at the Nike Factory Store at the Finger Lakes Premium Outlets in Seneca County.

The bright yellow cross-body purse seen in the picture above is a standout item that you might recognize or spot while out and about. In the picture below you will see all 3 suspects. Comparing the first 2 pictures it appears that each suspect is carrying a Journey's shopping bag.

Exactly what these individuals are accused of stealing has not been revealed. The crime of larceny in New York State is punishable by up to one year in jail. Petit Larceny involves the wrongful taking while Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree involves the possession of that property even if you were not observed in the act of theft, according to Saland Law.
