It is not a secret that whales are amongst the most visible marine life to return in abundance to New York waters. The massive beasts of the sea can be seen frequently from Manhattan to Montauk. However, a dark secret regarding the New York whale population is coming to light, people are intentionally chasing them and bumping them.

When one encounters a majestic beast such as a whale in the wild, the experience is usually awe-inspiring. That wasn't the case for this lady.

Though the story is far more "sad" then the joke I am trying to make, which is rather sad in itself, I couldn't help but laugh at the headline I found on the Huffington Post this morning saying "Swimmers Attempt To Ride Dying Sperm Whale". Come on, you laughed a little when you read it right? No? Okay.

I find it kind of bizarre that Tommy Lee is pissed at SeaWorld for the way they’ve been treating a whale.
