Thrash legends Anthrax have been annihilating the U.K. with their powerful "Among the Kings" live show on the band's first headlining tour there in more than a decade. Their recent concert at Glasgow, Scotland's historic Barrowland was filmed for a DVD to be released later this year. It will be produced and directed by Paul Green (Opeth, The Damned).

"I don't know why it took us so long to come back to the U.K. and headline our own tour," says vocalist Joey Belladonna, "but I'm sure glad we did. These shows have been some of the best we've ever done, and that's really due to the interaction with the fans, they've just been crazy. And that's what we wanted to capture for this DVD."

The show included Anthrax playing their 1987 album Among the Living in its entirety, along with a set of classic tracks voted on by the fans that included "Madhouse," "A.I.R." and more.

In addition to the Glasgow concert, the DVD will include interviews and behind the scenes footage from the tour bus, backstage, in hotels and more. We'll let you know when a release date is announced.

Anthrax's European tour continues through mid-March. They'll take a quick break and then embark on a North American co-headlining tour with Killswitch Engage that kicks off March 29 in Montclair, N.J. Other bands on the 'Killthrax' tour include The Devil Wears PradaJasta and Code Orange.
