Country Christens New M&T Bank Center

The brand-new M&T Bank Center in Schenectady opened its doors on Saturday night as country superstar Lee Brice headlined the venue's very first concert.

Fans packed the house to celebrate not only Brice's powerhouse performance, but also the much-anticipated homecoming of Schenectady native David J, who returned to the 518 stage with pride.

Future is Bright

The acoustics proved top-notch, every note ringing clear, and the energy inside was electric from start to finish. We can't wait to see what the future holds for this perfectly sized event center, currently home to Union College hockey, and surely more country shows.

GNAtion showed up big, singing along to every hit, proving Lee Brice is as loved here in the Capital Region as anywhere in the country.
