Rev Up Your Engines For Free Truck or Treat Event In Upstate New York

The Saratoga Springs, NY, Truck or Treat event is a community favorite, set to take place on October 26th, at the Saratoga Springs Recreation Center. It's Halloween fun for the whole family, allowing kids to trick-or-treat while exploring a variety of trucks and vehicles decorated for the occasion.

On display will be backhoes, excavators, dump trucks, cement trucks, a ladder truck, a tow plow, and tractor-trailers—just a few of the many types of vehicles children can explore. WSWHE BOCES alumni and staff will also join in the fun by decorating their vehicles and participating in the event. Children are encouraged to climb aboard and experience what it’s like behind the wheel, making it a memorable, interactive experience for all.

Designed to be safe and family-friendly, Truck or Treat is a great alternative to traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating. Have your kids wear costumes and bring bags to collect candy from the various trucks and booths. There will be additional activities including games, contests, and food trucks serving up seasonal treats.
