
Round 2 Of Snow Coming To New York Saturday Night: How Much Will We Get?
Fresh off snow sleet and freezing rain Thursday, a winter storm watch has been issued with another round of snow is coming our way this weekend.
Winter has been winter in Upstate New York this year. It has been frigid, and we have had a decent amount of snow. While we have not gotten that one huge storm yet, many smaller storms have added up to solid overall snowfall for the season.
Another decent-sized snowfall is tracking our way Saturday night into Sunday.
Winter Storm Watch Issued For Upstate New York
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Strom Watch from Saturday evening through Sunday morning for the greater Capital Region, eastern New York, Hudson Valley, and western Massachusetts.
Snow accumulations of 7 inches or more are expected with this storm, which could potentially be the biggest snowfall of the season in the Capital Region.
Snow is expected downstate as well, with 3 to 5 inches expected in the New York City area according to the Weather Channel.
