The Sick Puppies are a trio from Australia that features Shiman Moore on lead vocals, bass player Emma Anzai and drummer Mark Goodman. The band has been on tour for the past two years in support of their latest album Tri-Polar that has yielded 4 top 10 singles on the Billboard music charts including a number 1 single with ‘Maybe’. You may have caught the Sick Puppies recently as they have played the area a few times on the Tri-Polar tour. The performance at Q-Ruption will be their final stop on the tour as they plan to head back to Australia to take some time off, relax, and work on new material. Shim who recently became engaged also plans to marry on the break.
