How in the world is New York State not the number one state, or number one place in the world, for this classic? Makes no sense honestly.

The Bruegger's Bagels location in the Delaware Plaza in Bethlehem has been a staple for thirty-one years. But it is permanently closed. Now we know what will replace it.

Today is the day that a popular bagel shop, part of a chain, will close its doors forever. This bagel shop has been in this location in Albany County since 1992.

There is a popular cafe in Saratoga that opened thirty years ago and is adding a fourth location. It will be the second one in Albany. This location has been in the works for quite some time and we finally have an opening date.

Another local Bruegger's, this one in Albany, suddenly announced Monday that they're closed.  Only 9 remain in the Capital Region for this one-time bagel king.

If you frequent Troy, then you're probably one of the many people heartbroken over this staple's closing.

Looks like you at least will have breakfast covered for the rest of the year. That is if you like Panera at least.

New York, a hotbed of mixed cuisine. So many ethnicities call this state home and somehow this food is the most popular in the state? I don't buy it.
