Several iconic Christmas traditions and figures were born in the state of New York, including one yearly tradition that got its start in the Collar City.

The Collar City is known as the birthplace of Uncle Sam, its stunning architecture, and some of the Capital Region's best breakfast destinations.

Pizza is something we all know and love. Sadly, if you don't live in Troy, you probably have never had these. And you definitely haven't heard of them.

This is a weekly go to for so many, not only in Troy but from all around the area. Have some opinions? Now you can voice them.

Think about it. Troy has a lustrous past. Plagued by a negative reputation that in my own opinion, is unwarranted.

Troy has announced it's lineup of summer events, including the schedule and band lineup for Rockin' on the River!  I initially saw the lineup posted by News 10 abc, and it looks like a fun one! From local rock acts to blues, all your music tastes are covered...

Well it looks like we will soon have quite a few new food options in Troy.

I was born and raised in Troy. My family has been there since they left the boat. I also still technically am a resident. This is the worst thing about the Collar City.
