With former Metallica members Dave Mustaine and Jason Newsted both on Gigantour this summer, there has been rampant speculation the two would jam an old-school Metallica song from the band's Mustaine era.
A 30-second trailer for this year's Gigantour has just been released. The popular festival was founded by Megadeth's Dave Mustaine in 2005, and has since grown in popularity and status. This year the quartet will be joined by opening acts Death Division, Newsted, Hellyeah, Device and Black Label Society. Check out the teaser after the jump.

Volbeat, part of the 2012 Gigantour show with Megadeth, Motorhead and Lacuna Coil that is coming to the Glens Falls Civic Center on February 1st, announced that they are parting ways with guitarist Thomas Bredhal. Apparently there are no hard feelings as they thanked him for all his hard work and wish him the best of luck.
