Kanye West has forced me to take the side of a foreigner over an American. Fortunately it is a Scottish woman. Shirley Manson of Garbage has called out Kanye West on his rant about why Beck should of given his Grammy for "Album of the Year" to Beyonce Knowles. I searched the web for the most informative article about this, but there was an awful lot of them. So here is one from The Daily

I knew that there was something off about the Grammys when I did not recognize the performing artist walking through the woods. I thought that the Grammys took place indoors. Then I saw Madonna, but did not know why she was trapped underneath some debris, then the man I thought was Kanye stabbed her in the back of the head. "Well that was a good opening." I said.

Local drummer Jason Bitter of Shadows Falls (Anthrax, Sludge Factory, Burning Human ect) isn't happy with Halestorm's winning a Grammy in the Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance category.
