I'm not going to lie this video is mesmerizing and slightly therapeutic.

April showers bring May flowers, that's what they say right? Well it looks we are about to get hit with some pretty heavy showers which may cause some complications around the Capital Region.

The heat returns and will continue in the Capital Region over the next couple of days.  Nothing beats the heat than grabbing an ice cream cone on a hot summer afternoon. How long would it take for a ice cream cone to melt if left on the sidewalk?
