Movember & No Shave November are all apart of men raising awareness for various charitable causes throughout the month of November. I took park in this and found myself keeping my beard. A lot of guys are apparently with me in this as the razor industry are seeing a decline in sales;

Not only are beards seen as more attractive to women, they are also healthier for guys too!

No Shave November started out for me as a way to raise awareness for the Colon Cancer Alliance but is also now a "fashion statement" (I suppose) for me after reading an article that says men with beards are seen as more attractive.

As we are eight days in to No Shave November, today we pay tribute to some of the greatest beards in rock.

No Shave November is when you put down the razor to raise awareness for men's health issues. While I am growing to like the beard, I don't think I could do what Beard Team USA did at the World Beard and Mustache Championship recently.

Today is the official start of No Shave November. Yesterday was the last the day to clean shave and today starts the beard-growing process. You can still take part, just clean shave today and hide your razor/shaving device. I chose to start a week early with my final clean shave being on Oct. 25.

November is a special month in men's health awareness across the country. Many raise awareness for men's cancer with MOVEMBER, where you grow a mustache all month long. Others do so by participating in NO SHAVE NOVEMBER, where you grow a beard all month without trimming or shaving. Don't ask me how this became associated with men's cancer but this year, many at the Q103 studios will be taking part

Growing a mustache for Movember is what dudes do to support the fight against prostate cancer. This video leaves me worried and scared that women might be doing their own thing.

Movember is not just for dudes I guess. Also is it weird that this chicks beard makes me feel like less of a man?

Attention men: Have you always wanted to see if you could grow your mustache out to a Tom Selleck-level of awesomeness? Well, now is your chance, as November is “Movember,” that time when men of shaving age let their lip sweaters go in order to raise funds and awareness for health issues that affect guys, in particular prostate and other cancers.
