There is a big rat problem in Albany and it's even bigger than it was last year. A new survey is out from Orkin Pest Services that list the rattiest cities in the United States.

Not that it will, but if it helps, we are at the bottom of the list.

Orkin recently put together the top 50 worst cites for mosquitoes, Albany should maybe break out a citronella candle or five.
