Fall is here to stay, but winter is not far behind. Judging by the temperature outside, this might be your last chance to take in all the amazing fall views the Capital Region has to offer.

We all live in a digital world. 20 years ago our phones were a status symbol but honestly weren't that unsafe. Now we have to be careful. Everyone has very personal material on their cellulars. Here are the last 5 photos on mine.

Someone in Great Britain posted two photos on Twitter last month of an overweight guy dancing at a club. The caption read: "Spotted this specimen trying to dance; ... he stopped when he saw us laughing."

A California Highway Patrol officer in Dublin, Calif., is in trouble for a bit of an invasion of privacy after booking a woman on DUI charges.

This guy was just flying his drone on a Connecticut beach, minding his own business. A woman who was on the beach didn't take kindly to that and just assumed that he was some pervert, taking photos and videos of people on the beach. Instead of confronting the guy in a civil manner, she called 911 three times in a few minutes to report him for taking pictures with his "helicopter plane."

A Newport News, Va., man has been banned from a Yorktown, Va., beach for being a "habitual creeper."

How long will it take before people realize that taking wedding photos (or prom photos or any other special occasion) on a dock or close to any body of water is a bad idea? Actually, it is a good idea, because we get to see the results. But for them? Bad idea.

This year's Sasquatch! Music Festival kicked off with a bang! Well ... OK, the weather wasn't exactly cooperative, as it rained on Friday and most of Monday, but that didn't stop thousands upon thousands of concertgoers from enjoying four days (May 24-27) of awesome music at the Gorge Amphitheater, one of the most beautiful venues in the country. Due to my laptop charger breaking, it took me longer than anticipated to post these pictures from last Saturday's show at the Glen Falls Civic Center that included performances from openers P.O.D. and co-headliners Three Days Grace and Shinedown.    The concert was worth the wait though and hopefully so are these stage photos.
