Some people are just generous by nature. In a very cool act of kindness on Sunday, an entire New York City restaurant found out just how benevolent a particular NBA Hall of Fame player can be.
Donald is the owrer of the Blue Line Deli in Huntington. His family owns Bagel Boss, a Long Island bagel chain that pretty much knocks it out of the park at every location. In March of 2020, no I am not kidding you, Donald Rosner decided to take his family knowhow and go out on his own. Just as the pandemic started, he opened his "New York Islander themed" deli. Rosner is a huge Islanders fan and huge is probably an understatement.
Shaq surprised a young man at an Atlanta Zales store by walking up and offering to pay for an engagement ring he had on layaway. At first he refused the offer, but Shaq talked him into it.
He even went on a short rant about how he doesn’t believe that Donovan Mitchell is a superstar player, and he would have to be a 'second or third option' on a team to win a championship.
