Brad Pitt has been suggesting a possible 'World War Z 2' for some time, after the first installment made bank for Paramount, and now the studio has taken one large step forward into making it happen. Director Juan Antonio Bayona has signed on to direct the sequel.

It hasn't even completed its opening weekend, and 'World War Z' is already being targeted for the sequel treatment, thanks to a hefty box office take of $66 million -- and Brad Pitt, of course.

Last night was the first ever public screening of 'World War Z,' this summer's big zombie action-thriller. That would've been enough excitement for the fans in Hoboken, NJ who lined up for hours for their first look at the film. But they got an added surprise: Mr. Brad Pitt. We were in attendance and after all the fuss, it turns out that 'World War Z' is actually...a pretty good movie.
