The Bellagio hotel and casino was hit for as much as "1.5 million" in chips early Tuesday morning according to the Associated Press...but it wasn't your typical gambler stealing the pot.

According to the Epoch Times' Mimi Li, "The thief strolled into the Vegas resort, renowned for its fountains show, stuck up the craps table with a gun and fled the hotel by motorcycle early Tuesday morning."

Luckily for the casnio, they'll be able to track the stolen chips, most likely preventing their cashing. Li quotes Gaming security expert Jeff Voyles' interview with Fox-5 Las Vegas saying "The chips "most likely have serial numbers on them or they have an embedded chip called RFID (radio frequency identification),” Voyles told the TV station. “They're able to track them, so they know exactly what chips were stolen off that game."

Has anyone checked to see if Danny Ocean was in town...
