I must say, never in my wildest thoughts would I have imagined this could be a reality. But there are state lawmaker's that backs it.

That lawmaker would be Sen. Brad Hoylman and Assemblyman Richard Gottfried. They both are teaming up with Decrim NY to actually propose a bill that would decriminalize prostitution as a whole.

That is an aspect that not many people really think about, but a very true one. Now also in the same article from Daily News they discuss the unfair treatment that some as they call "Sex Workers" get from law enforcement. They even stated a person was raped but nothing happened when brought to a police officers attention.

Which side of the fence are you on with this? Do you think a bill of this magnitude would ever be able to get all the signatures needed to change the law?
