Hopefully this new change in Albany isn't one you have to worry about for a little while, but here are the details.

Snow doesn't seem to be in the very foreseeable future thankfully. Then again it is getting colder and colder out and you know it is only a matter of time. Luckily for me I don't live in Albany and the town I live in doesn't per-say monitor the matter of snow removal.

The former policy gave homeowners or tenants 48 hours to remove any of the white stuff that was on the sidewalks in front of their homes. The City Council made a decision to change that to 24 hours instead. I mean, I'm a bit lazy at times. But if you can't get up once in a 24 hour span to clear out snow, then you have me beat. The city if forced to clear it up will fine you for it.

Is this a law that is a big deal for you?
