There's another snowstorm on the way from Christmas Eve through Christmas Day. It looks like the early prediction is that it will start as rain and then switch over to snow. It sounds like it could be a real mess. So, Albany is declaring parking restrictions to help clear snow that is still pilled up from last week's snowstorm.

Residents have been complaining in the Capital Region about the lack of clearing after Thursday's snowstorm that dumped more than 30 inches of snow. The initial clearing of the roads was pretty well done, but side streets, sidewalks, and other areas are being cleared really snow. It's a dangerous situation that needs to change.

To help with the additional clearing of snow Albany is issuing parking restrictions to help clear snow. If you don't move your vehicle you could be ticketed or towed.
