In today's world of constant political arguing and the stress of the coronavirus pandemic sometimes you just need a little comic relief to brighten your day.

Well, if you're looking for your dose of something to make you smile, or maybe even chuckle, here's the video you've been waiting for.

Anders Christensen from Lincoln, Nebraska showed up at a city council meeting with one thing on his mind...renaming boneless chicken wings.

"We have been casually ignoring a problem that has gotten so out of control, that our children are throwing around names and words without even understanding their true meaning — treating things as though they are normal," Christensen said, in absolute seriousness. "I go into nice family restaurants, and I see people throwing this name around and pretending as though everything is just fine. I'm talking about boneless chicken wings."

At one point someone behind him says something or laughs and he turns around and says "Excuse me!"  "We can call them buffalo-style chicken tenders. We can call them wet tenders. We can call them saucy nuggs, or trash. We can take these steps that show the country where we stand, and we understand that we've been living a lie for far too long. And we know it. We can feel it in our bones."

Watch the video. I don't know if this guy is a comedian or a social media guru, but one thing is for certain he's the kind of hero we need in this time of strife.
