B**CH Please! You Can’t Fine Me For Using That Word
How many fines would Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad rack if this law goes into effect?
Rep. Daniel Hunt introduced the bill earlier this year that would make it against the law in Massachusetts to call someone the B WORD. Really? Have we forgotten about a little something called FREE SPEECH?
At least in New York we can call each other b**ches...that's practically a greeting in New York City.
The new law would read in part, "A person who uses the word b***h at another person to accost, annoy, degrade or demean the other person shall be considered to be a disorderly person in violation"
According to www.cbs6albany.com the fine would be $150 for a first offense, for calling someone a b**ch a second or more times, violators could face jail time of not more than six months, a fine of not more than $200, or both.
How crazy is that?
