Four Chicken Sandwiches In The Capital Region To Make Your Mouth Water

Remember a time when people weren't going absolutely insane to find the best chicken sandwich? I honestly think it's been years since that debate started and even when we get an answer it's still very subjective.

In the Capital Region we now have so many different places to choose from when it comes to food and chicken in particular. Chick-fil-A is booming and while the mania around Popeye's seems to have died down there are still plenty of people looking to get that renowned chicken sandwich.

We also have a few Dave's Hot Chicken spots that have opened in the last few years. The one I drive past on Western Ave in Albany always seems busy no matter when I am passing.

I think it's been agreed upon by us local to the Capital Region that the best chicken sandwich is located at Hattie's. It has locations in Saratoga Spring, Wilton, and Albany.

While Hattie's may be top dog there are a few contenders that may be giving them a run for their money. We discovered quite a few local places that are major contenders in the world of "best chicken sandwich."
