There are some amazing zoos in the United States but only 1 New York zoo was nominated as a Top 20 Zoo in America.
USA Today offers a fun Reader's Choice Awards on a variety of categories. Readers can go online to vote in categories such as Best Beer City, Best Airlines, and Best Destinations for Snow Lovers. One of the latest categories is "Which Zoo is Best?"

There are nearly 20 zoos in New York State. Each one of these zoos have become home for a variety of animals and offers educational programs on animal conservation. From the Niagara Falls Butterfly Conservatory to the Central Park Zoo New Yorkers have much to experience.
Out of the 20 zoos nominated by USA Today, only 1 New York spot joins the ranks along side the Honolulu Zoo in Hawaii, the Philadelphia Zoo, and the San Diego Zoo. Here it is!
