
Gilded Age Returns To Troy With Open Casting For Background Roles
You could be a paid background actor for HBO's The Gilded Age. Filming to begin in the Capital Region this June.
"The Gilded Age" is an HBO American historical drama starring Cynthia Nixon, Christine Baranski, Carrie Coon and, Meryl Streep's daughter, Louisa Jacobson to name a few. With 3 successful seasons under the belts of producers, it's time to start creating season 4. That's where you come in.

According to Backstage, The Gilded Age producers are seeking talent from the Troy, Schenectady, and Albany area for a variety of roles, including Event Guests. You must be comfortable in period attire and meet specific height and weight requirements for costuming. Apply HERE and you could make around $200!

Filming for the first 3 seasons of the Gilded Age took place in Newport, Rhode Island as well as various locations around Troy and Albany, New York. The cast and crew of are scheduled to return to the Capital Region June 9th and 10th to film parts of Season 4.
