Known as America's Diner, Denny's success seems to be floundering and they've announced more restaurant closures in the coming year.

2025 appears to be a very hard year so far for many. With people in various industries suffering due to a poor economy many places have been forced to close their doors. Some of these places have been around for years but all good things must come to an end.

Denny's has been closing locations around New York's Capital Region for years now, and it looks like the beloved restaurant chain is set to close up many more around the country in 2025. According to CNN they plan on closing between 70 and 90 restaurants in 2025. Could the remaining Capital Region locations be among them?

The remaining locations in the Capital Region are in East Greenbush, Saratoga, Queensbury and Schenectady. At one point you could find them all over the area, but no anymore. In New York State Denny's only has 33 locations in total, that's according to the Denny's website.

A sad day for those looking for one of their famous Grand Slams or Moons over My Hammy. The good news is that you don't have to go far for great breakfast in the Capital Region. We have no shortage of amazing local diners that can give you your fix.

Again, no announcement on the locations that Denny's will be closing. We hope the remaining ones in Upstate New York will stick around just so that we don't see any more jobs lost.
