With NBA teams playing with playing with abbreviated rosters, juggling schedules to play in front of limited capacity arenas, Section II high school administrators, coaches and student-athletes are doing the same thing. Tuesday night was no exception in the Capital Region. There were 27 scheduled match-ups in boys hoops and another 14 for the girls. A special nod goes to our friend Eric Nedved and his Tamarac boys basketball team. Last Wednesday, they knocked off the #1 Class B team in New York State, Utica Academy of Science 64-57. Zach Rice had 30 points. Congratulations to Coach Medved and the Tamarac boys basketball team!
