Duchess Cookies Opens Inside of Crossgates Mall

Crossgates continues to make some great new additions to their mall. In the back of the food court you'll now find New York City based Duchess Cookies. We're really excited they decided to expand to here in the Capital Region because they are making some out of this world snacks for us to try. They really snuck in there, too, because I didn't know they were even moving in. I saw some commotion and followed it and then I smelled the cookies and the rest is history.

These cookies were amazing. Cookies, with toppings, and fillings. This is major league snacking. I tried their Oatmeal Apple Pie because I am a sucker for a fall flavor. This was like a mini apple pie and if I could have dunked in some vanilla soft serve it would have been out of this world. On it's own it was incredible. Great apple filling, and a really delicious oatmeal cookie. I would have take a photo of it for you if I didn't consume it immediately.

What is Duchess Cookies?

To call it a bakery would be an understatement. This is an elevated form of snacking that will hit you with multiple levels of delicious, that's why they call it elevated snacking.

I highly recommend going out to check them out. They just opened up here, so let's make sure we give them a very warm Capital Region welcome. They currently have eleven locations around the Northeast.
