Fair Season Isn’t Over, Take Daytrip To the Big E for Food, Fun and Concerts!
The New York State County Fairs are winding down for the season but there is a HUGE multi-State fair taking place about 90 minutes from the Capital Region. The Big E, in West Springfield, MA. offers everything from midway, rides, plenty of fried food and entertainment.
The Big E runs from Friday September 15th until Sunday October 1st. Entertainment at this years Eastern States Exposition will feature some Rock, Country, Hip Hop and Classic Rock legends such as John Fogerty, B.T.O. and Humble Pie Legacy. Shows in the Big E Arena require a separate ticket purchase, in addition to your admission ticket. Here are some of the artists that you can expect to see at this year's event.

At the 2023 Big E you will find the giant slide, parades, a circus, agricultural events, horse show, Farm-A-Rama and individual buildings that represent each New England State.
Bring an appetite for fried everything, including Oreos. Cotton candy, apple fritters, sausage and peppers, baked potato, maple cotton candy and more! On Monday and Tuesday 9/18 and 9/19 you will also get a serving of Humble Pie, the band that is.
This is the Humble Pie Legacy "50 Years of Smokin' Tour" and it's making a 2-day stop in West Springfield, MA. The band will take the Court of Honor Stage at 2pm on Monday 9/18 and Tuesday 9/19. Here's our interview with guitarist Dave Colwell.
