Fates Warning Set to Rock Upstate Concert Hall Tonight
Progressive Metal band Fates Warning will play Upstate Concert Hall tonight (June 13) at 7pm.
Fates Warning formed out of Hartford, Connecticut in 1982 and helped spearhead the progressive metal movement of the early 80's along with bands like Queensryche and Dream Theater. The original Fates Warning lineup featured singer John Arch, guitarists Jim Matheos and Victor Arduini, bassist Joe DiBiase, and drummer Steve Zimmerman. The band has had numerous lineup changes over the years with Matheos and DiBiase being the only original members of the band. Matheos is the sole, original member in the current lineup. Fates Warning has released eleven studio albums, along with live albums and a compilation album. The band’s last release was 2016's Theories of Flight. I've seen the band many times over the years including this past Sunday night in Poughkeepsie. Always a great show. Don't miss it!
Tickets for Fates Warning with guest: Infinite Spectrum, Final Sleep, and Winters Burdon are on sale through the ticketweb.com and the club box office at 518-371-0012.
