Free Places To Swim This Summer in Albany, NY
If you're someone who happens to have a pool it is very likely that you're the one everyone goes to for summer fun. It's a great benefit when it's hot to be able to jump in a cool off. Not everyone is lucky enough the have a pool or know someone who does have a pool. Lucky for many of us in the Capital Region we live in communities that have access to pool.
There are a number of free ways to swim in the City of Albany, especially that brand new Lincoln Park pool that looks like it has one of the most epic waterslides in the city.
Let's review some of theses spots. While some of them are free for residents, others will cost you an admission fee.

Keep in mind that there are splash pads all around the City of Albany at their various parks. I bring my kids to those all the time and they are a ton of fun. They can get a bit crowded at times, so plan accordingly.
