Gov Cuomo Wants To Change The New York State Flag

The Empire state flag hasn't been changes since 1882 and Gov Cuomo thinks that's long enough....it's time for a change.

So what's coming? Cuomo want's his face smake dab in the middle of the flag......no, that's not true....although some wouldn't be surprised if that was the proposed change.

No, the change is a small one. Cuomo has proposed that the Latin phrase  "E Pluribus Unum" be added to the the word "Excelsior".  E Pluribus Unum means "out of many, one.”.

I'm thinking maybe this Latin phrase would be more appropriate, "Alius diem alius publicani, Alius ban" which translates to "Another day. Another tax. Another ban".

So, what do you think? Should the flag be changed or left the way it is?
