1. The Guns n’ Roses Contest, to win tickets to see Guns n’ Roses at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY on August, 16 2017 is for entertainment purposes only. No purchase necessary.
2. How to win: Q103 wants to send you and a guest New Era Field to see Guns n’ Roses. Just listen to Q103 (103.5 or 103.9 or Q103Albany.com) Monday through Friday, July 17, 2017- July 28, 2017 weekdays 9 am and 7 pm. When you hear the recorded contest solicit, be caller number 13 to qualify. One qualifier will be selected from all entries for the Guns n’ Roses tickets once the contest has concluded on Friday, July 17.
3. The Prize includes 2 tickets to see Guns n’ Roses at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY on August, 16 2017, a copy of ‘Appetite for Destruction’ on CD and Vinyl, and a copy of ‘Use Your Illusion I’ on CD and Vinyl. Estimated value is $350.00. Transportation is NOT included. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. Prize is courtesy of Universal Music Enterprises.
4. By participating in the Guns n’ Roses Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Townsquare Media of Albany, which are final on all matters relating to the Guns n’ Roses Contest.
5. The Guns n’ Roses Contest is open to all U.S. citizens 18 years or older, except where prohibited by law.
6. The technology required to make WQBK available via the Internet may result in online broadcast delays. WQBK cannot be responsible for any difficulties that may result.
7. Employees and their immediate family members (defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee) of and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to win tickets to see Guns n’ Roses at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY on August, 16 2017.
8. Townsquare Media of Albany reserves the right to substitute the tickets for the Guns n’ Roses show at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY for one of equal or greater value in the event that the tickets are not available. All applicable taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. No transfer or substitution of the Guns n’ Roses Contest Prize will be allowed except by Townsquare Media of Albany in its sole discretion.
9. By entering the Guns n’ Roses Contest, contestants consent to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, hometown and biographical information without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law, in any future publicity carried out by Townsquare Media of Albany in connection with the Guns n’ Roses Contest.
10. The Guns n’ Roses contest will be awarded only to confirmed winners. By accepting the tickets, the contest winner releases Townsquare Media of Albany, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages or personal injury arising out of participation in the contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any aspect of the Guns n’ Roses performance at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY.
11. The Guns n’ Roses prize winner will be required to submit valid identification to verify age and residency and execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be signed when the tickets are awarded.
12. Townsquare Media of Albany is not responsible for typographical, incorrect or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment or technical malfunction or for any other human or technical errors or malfunctions, including but not limited to errors in the administration of this contest, advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the tickets to the Guns n’ Roses show at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY.
13. Participants in the Guns n’ Roses Contest cannot have received a prize value in excess of $50 for 30 days prior to the awarding of the prize. Those found to be in violation of this rule may be disqualified.
14. If you are dissatisfied with these Official Rules, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue participating in Townsquare Media of Albany contests.
15. Townsquare Media of Albany reserves the right to change these Official Rules for any reason, in its sole discretion, or halt the contest at any time during the contest period for any reason.
16. Winners have 10 business days after being selected as a winner to claim the tickets to Guns n’ Roses at New Era Field in Buffalo, NY or it will be forfeited.
