Healthy Restaurant Opens In Saratoga

Keeping to your new year's resolution to eat healthier while dining out just got a little easier with the opening of the Bare Blends in Saratoga. You can find Bare Blends in the plaza at 18 Congress St. in downtown Saratoga Springs and offers made-to-order bowls, smoothies, and juices.

Bare Blends describes itself from its Facebook page, saying, 'We restore, refresh and revive the community by encouraging a return to our roots: by celebrating local produce, plant-based products and one another.'

When looking at the online menu, there is a variety to choose from, including protein drinks, sweet and savory waffle toasts, and salads.
A kid's menu is available, too, along with a Bark Bowl for dogs.

Saratoga Springs is not the first location for Bare Blends as there are three in the Captial Region, Albany, Latham, and Clifton Park.
