Construction Hike for Hope Aims to Raise Suicide Prevention Awareness
We know that suicide can be a sensitive subject for many of us, which is why we want to make sure that we're doing our part to help spread awareness for suicide prevention. We've teamed up with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention on the Construction Hike for Hope. This will take place on May 30th at Jennings Landing in Albany. Join us as we walk to raise awareness for an industry that is hit hard by suicide, the construction workers.
Q105.7 and 103.5's Hard Hat Heroes will be walking to help raise awareness for suicide prevention and we would love for you to walk with us.
If you can't walk with us you can still donate by clicking the link above.
Date: 05/30/2026
Location: Jennings Landing, Albany, NY
On-Site Registration Starts: 10:00 am
The walk will end up at Common Roots where we can all enjoy a beer and a conversation afterwards.

About the Hike for Hope

We have joined a nationwide community of people from the Construction industry in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.  The Construction Hike for Hope is an event meant to engage the construction industry on the importance of mental health and suicide prevention.
Please help us reach our fundraising goal by donating to a team member. To donate online, please select "Roster" and then choose one of the team members listed. Once you're on their page, click "Donate Now." Donations can only be made to individuals, but the total each participant raises goes toward our team goal.
All donations are 100% tax deductible and will help bring AFSP's mission and resources to communities across our 73 Chapters.
