Is Apple Picking As Bad As Saturday Night Live Makes It Seem?

On the season premiere of Saturday Night Live they played one of their fake commercials and this one hit a little close to home for many in the Upstate. Some people are a little upset about the confederate flag reference and some people are just upset that they were making fun of a favorite fall activity.

A thread on Reddit has all kinds of comments about the SNL video and most of the people said the video wasn't wrong....except about the cider donuts....because they are awesome.

So, what do you think? Is apple picking that bad? I'll be honest, it's not my favorite fall activity. I like apples, apple pie, apple cider, cider donuts....but going out in the field and picking them? No thanks.
