This summer, we will all get the chance to witness one of the greatest super hero battles of all time in DC's "Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice." After seeing numerous trailers for the upcoming film, I couldn't help but wonder; is this really a fair fight?

Yes, the fight has been done before in a 1980's comic written by Frank Miller and even then, I still question the fairness of the battle. In the comic, Batman uses his resourcefulness in a military blocked off area to outwit Superman and level the playing field. I won't spoil the outcome of this particular bout, but I can bring one thing to light.

He is Superman, emphasis on the SUPER. He has literally every ability every kid who thinks they can grow up to be a super hero would dream for. Meanwhile, back at the bat cave, Batman has a nifty tool belt...

Sure, Batman has the better costume, the better lifestyle, better weapons and vehicles (not that Superman needs any of that), and better movies but Superman has SUPER POWERS! Batman isn't even considered a real superhero. He is simply an awesome vigilante who puts villains into a jail that they always seemingly break out of. Unless Batman can obtain a kryptonite-blasting gun, which did exist in an old Superman comic by the way, this fight should realistically only last about 12 seconds.

I have no hatred toward Batman whatsoever. In fact, of all the DC comics, Batman has been by far my favorite, but come on, "greatest gladiator match in the history of the world?" No.

Nonetheless, this movie looks sweet, and is another must-see movie for the summer of 2016.

Bold prediction: Wonder Woman swoops in and takes down both Superman and Batman, roll credits.
