Easter is just a few weeks away and one of the most popular treats that is found in Easter baskets may be gone soon from stores in New York State id lawmakers follow the trend in other states.

Remember when you were a kid and there was a lot of talk about the color of various M&M's? Certain dyes used in the making of candy and the color of your favorite sweets was taken off the market and then brought back. Fast forward to 2024 and here we go again. There is word that some of the most popular candy will be gone soon.

Because of certain dyes and food coloring withing various candies, there are some who are trying to keep these candies off of shelves in portions of the United States.

Easter is just over three weeks away and the candy shops are popping up and the kids are getting very excited. Don't be surprised if the East Bunny brings healthier treats!
