Beer lovers, this story is for you.

Across Upstate New York (regardless of how you define its boundaries), there are a number of incredible breweries that you can visit. These establishments get creative not only with their brews, but also, with their can designs, all in an attempt to stand out amongst their peers.

One such Upstate New York brewery did so well in creating a unique design for their beer, in fact, that they're being recognized nationally for it.

Take a look:

The brewery in-question is Liquid State Brewing Company, located at 620 West Green Street in Ithaca, NY. Their "Liquid Crush" IPA has been recognized by USA Today's 10Best Readers' Poll as having the best beer label in America.

USA Today states that this New England IPA takes you (visually) out to sea with its blue and green label design.

This isn't the first time that an Upstate-brewed beer's label has been honored by USA Today. Last year, Porkslap Pale Ale from Butternuts Beer & Ale in Garrattsville, NY was named as the sixth-best beer can label in the country.

This year, Liquid Crush beat out such beers as Nevermore from New Jersey, Fate's Reflection from Florida, Chicagohenge from Illinois and more. The results were originally announced on March 8, 2024.
