What is the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train?

It is a cargo train decked out in holiday lights that travels across the country each holiday season. They haven't been spreading cheer in the last two years because of the pandemic but they are "ALL ABOARD!" in 2022. Not only do they stop at a few locations in the Capital Region but they are bringing live country music at each stop and collecting non-perishable food items to fill local food banks.
