J&J Vaccine Recipients Likely Also Recommended For Booster Shot
The White House announced Friday that Dr. Anthony Fauci said he expects Americans who received the one-dose J&J vaccine against COVID-19 also will be recommended for a booster shot.
This announcement comes along with the CDC's recommendation that starting Sept. 20, the Biden administration plans to offer COVID-19 booster shots for people who were given the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine at least eight months earlier.
It's believed that the J&J booster shot will follow the same recommendations as to the other two with the booster recommended eight months after the original vaccination.
