Kick Off January In the Capital Region with David Bowie and Beer

A new year is coming, and why not kick it off with some Bowie and beer right here in the Capital Region.

I’m not talking about a New Year’s Eve celebration.  There’s enough stuff going on in the Capital Region on the 31st. But, when all of that celebrating is over, there’s a weekend to enjoy.

The City Beer Hall in Albany is going to be hosting a ‘Bowie Brunch’ on the first weekend of 2020.  January 4th and 5th from 11am to 3 pm each day you can enjoy a tribute to David Bowie.  That includes the music of David Bowie playing, a special menu, raffles, and possibly even costumes (they’re encouraged).  You can get all the info here.  Seems like a pretty good way to start off 2020!
