According to our friends at www.nyup.com we've had two out of the three storms that bring snow to upstate NY this week. On Friday, we get the third kind, a clipper system coming in from the west and bringing snow back to upstate New York.

Friday morning, a clipper system is expected to blow through from Canada. That could drop 2 to 3 inches of snow in the afternoon and evening, and even generate a couple inches of additional lake effect snow as that system drags more cold air across the Great Lakes.

So, hopefully you've dug out from the two feet of snow that was dumped on the Capital Region at the beginning of the week...just in time to shovel more of the white stuff at the end of the week.
