Earlier this week Governor Cuomo signed legislation that legalized recreational marijuana in New York. In the long term that means a bunch of tax dollars that are desperately needed in our state that is dealing with a huge deficit. It also means that new businesses will be popping up all over New York in the form of dispensaries, but that won't happen for at least a year.

So, that got me wondering, "Since Cuomo signed the bill, what has changed? What is legal now? What is still illegal?"
