The president of Frank Adams Jewelers, Kimberly Adams Russell said this of the location,

We were looking for places we could have a freestanding building with a presence in the community, and design the building in the way I envisioned it for so many years. It's slightly modern, but comfortable. I want it to feel like you walked into someone's very comfortable home.

What Will Frank Adams Jewelers on Wolf Road Look Like?

The new Frank Adams Jewelers will have a 7,050-square-foot jewelry store and a 5,750-square-foot retail building. This new store will be more than double the size of its Stuyvesant Plaza location. There will be lounge areas in the retail store along with designer boutique spaces. a diamond and bridal salon, and there will be private areas for clients to have privacy during transactions. In the middle of the retail store, they will offer a refreshment bar.

The owners say there will be a courtyard that will connect the two buildings and allow for hosting events and fundraisers. In the middle will be a clocktower that will be in the form of an "A" for Adams along with a base that looks like jewels.
