NEW – Kenny Wayne Shepherd Announces Capital Region Concert

Kenny Wayne Shepherd is packing his guitars and hitting the road for the remainder of 2021. Along the way he will hit Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts and New York with one performance right here in the Capital Region. Shepherd just announced his 'Straight to You LIVE Tour' will make a stop at the Egg in Albany on Wednesday, November 17th. 

Tickets for the Kenny Wayne Shepherd show in Albany, with special guest Ally Venable, will go on sale Friday June 18th at 11am. Tickets will be available at The Egg, Ticketmaster and the Egg box office at 518-473-1845.

More than a decade ago The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band released their first live recording and earned a Grammy nomination for ’Live! In Chicago’. Last November they released their first ever live concert video 'Straight To You: Live'. It was great to have such a quality live performance to watch during the pandemic but it will be even better to hear those songs performed live again.

• November 20th - New York, NY
• November 21st - Ridgefield, CT

Some of the performances on this 'Straight to You LIVE Tour' are rescheduled dates due to the pandemic. As a matter of fact, in November of 2019 I bought tickets to see the Connecticut Kenny Wayne Shepherd show. With touring shut down, two years will have passed before I am able to use those tickets. I believe it will be worth the wait.
