- Nickelback have announced a five-night residency at Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel & Casino starting Feb. 23. The band, promoting their Feed the Machine album, will also play Feb. 24 and 27 as well as March 2 and 3. Tickets go on sale to the public this Friday (Nov. 10) at 10AM PT, while a fan club pre-sale is currently underway and VIP packages are also available.

- Nothing More recently announced their first tour dates of 2018. Now comes word that The Contortionist will join them on the run. Dates start Feb. 3 in Little Rock, Ark. and continue through March 3 in Sacramento, Calif. See the itinerary here. The Contortionist are promoting their latest album, Clairvoyant.

- Orange Is the New Black actress Jessica Pimentel has joined extreme metal outfit Brujeria on tour, adding vocals on a nightly basis. - Weezer hit the late night circuit, performing their new song "Happy Hour" on The Late Late Show With James Corden. Watch the performance here.

- Sebastian Bach's 18 and Life on Skid Row biography will be made available as a paper-bach on Nov. 14. The new edition comes with brand new photos from Bach's career not included in the initial release.

- Coheed and Cambria singer Claudio Sanchez has used some of the band's downtime to record a new EP called Celisti with his wife, Chondra Echert Sanchez. Take a listen to the EP, credited to Chonny and Clyde, via Bandcamp. Proceeds will go to help hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
