NY State Police in Latham Need Your Help! Search is on for Wanted Man

The New York State Police in Latham is searching for 43-year-old Andrew Gibson. He was supposed to appear in Albany County Court for his sentencing for aggravated vehicular manslaughter.

Back in May of 2021, Andrew Gibson was driving recklessly and he sideswiped a motorcycle which led him into a minivan which he hit head-on. It happened on County Route 401 in Westerlo. The minivan driver later died in the hospital of her injuries.

Gibson was arraigned for second-degree manslaughter in June of 2021 with two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and aggravated vehicular homicide.

Because Gibson failed to appear in court for sentencing, he is now wanted on a bench warrant.
